NTR the ever remembered politician of India

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has celebrated its 29th birth day on Monday 29th March 2010. On this occasion the party cadre paid tributes to the founder President of the party late Mr. NT Ramrao in a befitting manner throughout the state irrespective of the regions.
Though he is not alive his ideals are still continued by the successive governments either IDP or Congress.
It is praiseworthy to mention that more than the Chandrabaunaidu, the ill-fated Chief Minister Dr. Rajasekhara Reddy had implemented more and very sincerely.
Mr. NT Rama Rao had got fame and name as politician through his welfare activities to the downtrodden. What he acted as champion of the poor in films, he did as politician.
He felt only three were mostly needed to poor and those three (food, cloth and hut) and he provided at his best. He showed the way to future rulers how to rule and fulfill the minimum needs of poor.
Till then rulers of Indian states never thought of those needs but NTR had remembered them. Now NTR marked programs are in every state, thus he remembered by every poor man even today.
His commitment to the poor was unquestionable. Though he died not in power people wept like they lost a humble and adorable leader.
He did not care even his son-in-law Chandrababu Naidu and used to tell he was his DASAM GRAHA. He did not care even his fellow family members who were not with him during the troubles.
Today TDP President Chandarbau Naidu who was not the founder member but now president of the party tells that NTR was such an ideal person or God but what is the value?

The member Secretary Mr. Duggal has said that a record number of fourteen thousand representations have been received so far from the various sections and consultants would pursue them later. Already sub committees have been formed, he said. He clarified that some political parties are also pursuing them to send their arguments and some sent. The Committee also made it clear that they won’t ask any report from the AP Government specifically.
Any minister including Chief Minister is wanted to meet them; they should do it in privately as a citizen but not officially. In another question they have clarified that did not send any statistics to TRS President Chandrasekhara Rao.
The Committee would sit again on April eighth and tour the Andhra Pradesh after tenth of April. The committee would tour in the state where ever necessary and where we got representations, the Chairman said.
Meanwhile the Andhra Pradesh assembly has passed the bill seeking the Central Government to make an act deleting the Hyderabad City as free Zone to appoint police personnel up to the rank of inspectors without any discussion. The PRP and some TDP members dissatisfied with this.

DIWAKAR WANTS RAYALA TELANGANA

The former minister and senior Congress leader J.C. Diwakar Reddy has changed his stand with regard to United Andhra Pradesh. Now the leader wants Rayala (Rayalaseema) Telangana. He fears to be with Coastal Andhra Pradesh if state was divided after Sri Krishna Committee report.
Soon after the statement of Home Minister Chidambaram regard to Telangana on 9th Nov 2009, some of the Rayalaseema leaders had shown their disinterest to be with Coastal Andhra Pradesh if it was bifurcated. Though their intention was to be with Telangana but they demanded Greater Rayalaseema with the Coastal districts Nellore and Prakasam. Now some of them desired to be with Telangana as it would be more beneficial and geographically suitable.
In fact the same Diwakar Reddy was telling since Telangana agitation starts, that his own district Anatapur should be merged with Karnataka if state is divided.
After the statement of Botsa Satyanarayana (North Andhra) who wanted a division of state, had given a moral boost to Telangana leaders for some extent. Now Diwakar Reddy’s statement is giving more confidence to Telangana leaders that Unified Andhra agitation could be weak. More over Telangana leaders were already saying that everybody is wanting state is to be divided and regard to that question their agitation for separation was right.
Mr. Lagadapati Rajagopal, MP of Vijayawada has been doing his own work to put Andhra Pradesh remain unified. He had submitted one more set of papers citing the history of Telugus to Sri Krishna Committee. Earlier he had submitted 200 pages of statement to the committee twice.
Seeing all this there was no unity among the Andhra-Rayalaseema leaders to continue or argue in favor of Unified AP state.
