Poor Chandrababu now approaches High Court

It is proved once again that Chandrababu never stood on his words. After ordering the CBI inquiry by High Court on him he declared that he never approach to the Supreme Court to get the Vijayamma petition cancelled. unfortunately on behalf of him his followers (Binamis) had approached the Supreme Court and did not get any positive orders.
But on the direction of Supreme Court the petitioners Nama Nageswararao the TDP Parliamentary Party leader, industrialists Sujana Chowdary, CM Ramesh and media baron Ramoji Rao submitted their petitions in High Court.
Astonishingly the Chandrababu who says  always that he is right and honest has  moved to  High Court to get the Vijayamma petition vacated. It is remembered in the past he went to courts to stop the orders of lower courts when they order probe against him.
Same has been done in the case of High Court order .  Though the Supreme Court has asked the pettitioners to go to High Court the intresting thing is the same High court had given that probing order. The CBI and Enforce Directorate have already issued the notices to him and also his kith and kin.
The High Court has ordered on Chandrababu and some others to investigate their assets and misdoings of Chandrababu during his period of power and submit the report within three months.
The real face Chandrababu will be emerged after the probe but unfortunately it is now only came out as he has been moved out by submitting a petition in High Court. During the  the Delhi tour he appraised his honesty to the opposition leaders. But it is said to be that he was warned by opposition leaders prove his honesty before CBI not going to any court .But the Chandrababu defying their suggestion and now approached the High Court in fear.

Chandrabaabu role model to whom?

Chandrababu, said to be once a role model politician for not only India but whole world is now changing words about CBI. During the investigation of Jagan’s assets case and Gali Janardhana Reddy’s mining case he was described CBI was an institution one has to accept. But now his words are very different and surprising.
Today he said CBI was the  pocket institution of Congress Party. Till yesterday it was the good institution because his foe is under the scanner of CBI . moreover he ridiculed that Jagan fears about CBI. When it comes to him his opinion about CBI has been changed.
Chandrababu (adopted) till now felt brother of HONESTY and his speeches tell he was none other than the heir of Anna Hazare. He also frequently says that one should go any enquiry to prove his honesty.
After High Court orders inquiry on him,  Chandrababu started criticizing CBI like anything and going to meet all non-UPI leaders to enlighten his case and seeking the help of them.

The TDP leaders and cadre is worrying that CBI inquiry will confer a bad impact on party. Contradicting to his earlier statements Chandrababu was now saying that no-confidence motion will bring in the next assembly session. Earlier he had told, before the High Court decision of CBI inquiry, that no-confidence motion was not needed it would give nothing but mid-term elections. In the changing scenario now he wants to bring the motion.
The Director of CBI had come to Hyderabad a couple of days ago and reviewed the ongoing investigations in the cases of Gali Janardhana Reddy and Jagan’s case. He also reviewed what number of teams is wanted to raid the houses and institutions in Chandrababu case and the Joint Director of CBI Laxminarasyana said all was well.
Chandrabaabu....why do you fear? are you not fair in your deals?

Now Chandrababu has to face the CBI inquiry

After Jagan and Gali Janardhan Reddy now it is the turn of ChandrababuNaidu President of Telugu Desam Party to face the CBI slethus.  In Andhra Pradesh CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) has no rest as many petitions as coming to them for enquiry.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court has ordered on Monday that Nara Chandrababu Naidu, President of Telugudasam Party that his assets should be inquired by CBI, within three months and report should be submitted in seal cover to them.
The widower of YS Rajasekhara Reddy, Mrs. Vijayamma MLA of Pulivendula had filed a 2,500 page petition on Chandrababu assets a month ago and sought for a CBI probe. On Friday a division bench of AP High court gave an order that accepting the petition of Vijayamma and order CBI for a report. Vijayamma has accused in his petition that Chandrababu had involved so much corruption  during 1194-2004 when he was CM and helped to  increase his assets as well as assets of media baron Ramoji Rao, cinema actor Muralimohan, industrialist Sujan Choudary and CM Rammesh and some others.High Court has issued notices to 13 persons in this case.

Chandrababu said while in Vizayanagaram where he was in tour to console the farmers, that he would discuss with lawyers and take a decision.

CHANDRABABOOO....STOP YOUR CHEATING

AT LAST 'SATYAM' RAMALINGA RAJU COMES TO HOME

(Courtesy:  Times of India Dated 6 Nov 2011 )
HYDERABAD: Disgraced Satyam founder Ramalinga Raju may not be your dapper Danny Ocean, the fictional character of Ocean's Eleven. But just like the lead protagonist of the famous Hollywood flick got away scot-free after a spectacular heist, Raju finally walked out of Hyderabad's Chanchalguda jail on Saturday to enjoy freedom after pulling off the largest corporate fraud in Indian history estimated to run into well over Rs 14,000 crore.
Today, the Satyam scam mastermind and all his nine alleged co-conspirators are out on bail, thanks to bumbling investigating agencies that failed to bring charges against them in the stipulated time frame. The Supreme Court had set a deadline of July 31, 2011, for completing the trial in the Satyam scam.
On Friday, Raju along with brother and former Satyam managing director B Rama Raju as well as former Satyam chief financial officer Vadlamani Srinivas were granted bail by Supreme Court, with the other seven accused were already out on bail granted on earlier occasions.
It was finally not his ill-health, the grounds on which Raju had even managed to spend time in the comforts of a VIP room at the Nizam's Institute of Medical Science (Nims) during his nearly three-year incarceration, but the wrangling between two investigating agencies - the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (EC) - that led to the case dragging on and perhaps worked to the advantage of Raju and his aides.
Both CBI and the ED are embroiled in a tussle over the jurisdiction of the trial court. The two warring agencies had even approached the prime minister as well as Union finance and law ministers and had even obtained legal opinions of the attorney general of India and solicitor general of India in the matter to out-trump the other.
CBI, which has filed three chargesheets so far and had stated its intent to file a fourth chargesheet on the diversion of funds to foreign accounts, has so far been successful in blocking ED from going ahead in the case as it feared that its own trial in the case would get affected.
ED, on the other hand, has not been able to file even a single chargesheet in the last 32 months though it has attached hundreds of crores of rupees worth of assets of Raju and his family and also made the Raju family, former Satyam directors and independent directors as accused in its case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
But under the PMLA, ED has to file its chargesheet in a sessions judge court and only after this, the ongoing trial automatically get shifted to the ED court by virtue of the provisions enshrined in the PMLA. Had ED been successful in filing its chargesheet in the matter, Raju and his men may perhaps not have been out so soon.
Incidentally, ED had expressed its readiness to file its chargesheet in the same trial court in Hyderabad where the CBI case is going on if the apex court designated the trial court as the competent court for the ED case also. Accordingly, ED has already filed a petition in the SC seeking a legal clarity in the matter.
Though CBI has been opposing the bail pleas of Raju and other key accused on the grounds that once out of jail they would influence witnesses in the case, the same arguments did not cut much ice with the apex court this time around.
However, while granting bail to Raju and two others on Friday SC has given CBI a choice to move the apex court for cancellation of bail if the accused abused the bail conditions or attempted to directly or indirectly influence the witnesses in the trial.
It may be recalled that SC had on October 26 last year cancelled the bail granted by the Andhra Pradesh high court to Raju and other accused on the same CBI objections after which they were forced to re-surrender.
At that time, SC had ruled that the accused could file another bail application after July 31, 2011, if the trial in the case was not completed in the local court, a chance that Raju and his aides grabbed with open hands this time around.
On its part, CBI has also been accusing Raju's lawyers of using delaying tactics by taking weeks to cross-examine each investigating officer, something that should have been done in a matter of days. According to CBI sources, out of the 11 investigating officers, only five have been cross-examined by the defence lawyers of far.
But the fact also remains that the investigating agencies have failed to make much headway into the case, especially when it comes to the more serious charges of siphoning off of funds from Satyam to foreign bank accounts.
So did Raju, who strangely enough was the reason why the scam came to light after he confessed in January 2009 to fudging Satyam's books, indeed have the last laugh?

SATYAGRAHA IS STYLE OF THE DAY

‘Satyagraha’ or fast for a cause is the style of the day.  This tells us that humankind is passionate for peace. In the real life we can’t see such order in the human life. But unlike Mahatma Gandhi nowadays every politician or every social worker goes for a fast to achieve his or her goal.
There was only one incident officially that Potti Sriramulu had sacrificed his life for Andhra state by the way of Satyagraha (fast). With his Satyagraha the linguistic ideology on November 1st some linguistic states had been formed, which is something good for the nation.
In Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday (November 1) there are Satyagrahas from Telangana people and Andhra people. All are doing this feat to achieve their goals.
The former minister and leader of Telangana agitation Mr. Komatireddy Venkata Reddy have started his indefinite fast at Nalgonda, his own town.
One more former minister of olden day’s leader Mr. Konda Laxman Bapuji has sit for Satyagraha for a week in New Delhi.

That linguistic ideology of the past has been outdated and so many linguistic states waiting for bifurcations and also trifurcations.
This is because of increase in the population and also selfishness in the politicians. This is nothing but rehabilitation process of employment for some politicians.
When globe has become too small after coming Internet, the aspirations of the people are different.
Why this is being happened? It should be researched.
Rather than for a state why not we go for small districts. If a state is separated who can assure you that no agitations would be taken place in future for more divisions.
